Stay away from Drugs. Fasuba advises upcoming Athletes

Former Nigeria Sprint Sensation Olusoji Fasuba has advised Athletes to shun the use of drugs before engaging in any International Sports Competition while representing the country.
The 2004 Melbourne Olympics Bronze Medalist suggested for the schools inter-house sports activities to be re-introduced in the curriculum in other to discover abundant talents.
On the Paris 2024 Olympic games in which Nigeria failed to win a single medal, former African 100m record holder emphasized the need to start preparation now towards the 2028 Olympic games in the United States of America.
"Preparation should start now, we are two years away from the next Olympic games in the United States, school inter-house Sports should be part of the Sporting activities to discover talents for the country" Olusoji Fasuba told totorinews.com via a telephone call from London in the United Kingdom.
"I keep advising upcoming Athletes to stop the use of enhancing drugs, it is a bad record that will not go away from your name even after performing well in your previous outings" Olusoji Fasuba added.
Born on July 9th 1984 in Sapele Delta State Nigeria, Fasuba came into limelight with a World indoor Championship record in Valencia Spain 2008 winning a Gold medal.
Posted a personal best in 200m in a time of 20.52 seconds.
He won several medals including 2 Gold at the All Africa games 2007 Algiers in the 100m and the 4×100m.
